Meet The Studio

Hi, I’m Emily, and dance has always been a huge part of my life. With over 12 years of personal dance experience and 5 years of teaching, I’ve trained in a wide range of styles—from ballet, contemporary, and jazz to tap and ballroom. I’m also an advanced-ranked WSDC West Coast Swing competitor, traveling and competing regularly.

I’ve had the joy of working with first dance couples and love helping them feel confident, connected, and excited for their big day. Whether it’s crafting a personalized routine, building confidence, or simply making the process fun, guiding couples through their first dance is one of my favorite parts of teaching.

Outside of weddings, I’m a barre instructor and Director of Sales at The Barre ALX, which keeps me inspired and constantly growing as a teacher.

I’m passionate about bringing my love of movement and performance to every couple I work with, and I can’t wait to help you create a first dance that’s joyful, stress-free, and unforgettable. I look forward to working with you!
